We have positions available for cabin counselors, activity staff and outdoor specialty areas. As a counselor, you will live in a cabin group as well as assist or lead an activity. |

Rockbrook Counselors serve as role models for our campers and are chosen for their maturity, creativity and love for children. To work as a camp counselor at Rockbrook you must be eighteen years of age and have completed your first year of college or equivalent experience. |

In addition to supervising a cabin group, each staff member teaches activities during the day. During free time and on weekends there are lots of fun all camp events like carnivals, talent shows and the infamous camper counselor basketball game. |

Rockbrook is also affiliated with an outdoor education program for college students called the Castle Rock Institute. This program combines outdoor adventure activities, community living, and accredited courses in the Humanities. It's a great way to study off campus for a semester, earn 16 hours of college credit, and enjoy excellent backpacking, rock climbing, whitewater paddling, and mountain biking.
