Rockbrook 2026

Hi there! I’m EA, and this will be my 8th year at Rockbrook! I am from Northeast Tennessee, born and raised in the mountains.
Rockbrook has been my second home since I was a kid, and I am so excited to give back to everything that made me who I am today. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work outside this summer, to be in nature, to really live connected to earth and people. Getting to teach and coach girls as they explore their environments and achieve what they didn’t think was possible is what I’m really looking forward to this summer. I want to be a cheerleader for every single girl at Rockbrook camp this year!

I grew up in Clemson, South Carolina. I love the outdoors and am studying child psychology so I think working at Rockbrook will be a great experience that combines my passions! I want my campers to feel comfortable with me, and be excited each morning about the day ahead!

I grew up in Athens, Georgia, and I just finished my freshman year of college. I love hiking, music, space, animals, sports, and science. Overall, I love being outdoors and creating fun memories. Some of the sports I am active in are soccer, softball, swimming and horseback riding. My favorite color is green, and some of my favorite tv shows are Seinfeld and the X-files. I can play the piano and guitar. I think if I were an animal I’d be a fox. A few things I love about camp are the friends I made, the life lessons I learned, and being surrounded by nature (I also LOVE the food). What draws me to camp is the sense of community and support that is unique to Rockbrook. Everyday brings new experiences which has helped me grow as a person. Life at camp has helped me to be more present in the moment, and has also helped me learn how to create a positive atmosphere for others. I hope to bring kindness and adventure to the Rockbrook community.

Hey there! My name is Ilah and I am so excited to be coming back to camp for a second year! I applied to Rockbrook because of my deep love for the woods and nature and quickly fell in love with the Rockbrook community and spirit. Not only did I meet so many wonderful friends, but I was reminded of the little girl who always dreamed about going to overnight camp, which is something I could never do in the scorching Florida summers. Being able to connect with my inner child and discover new things about myself was so invigorating! This year, I hope to bring lots of whimsy, kindness, and silliness to Rockbrook while also providing a space for others to relax and unwind from things going on outside of camp. My goal this summer is to make more pottery, try a new activity, and complete my mermaid laps! Can’t wait to see all your beautiful faces so soon!

I am a fun, bubbly girl from Glasgow, Scotland. I study primary school teaching at the university of Strathclyde and love this so much. I have chose to do camp as it gives me more experience working with children to help me become a better teacher and it also allows me to travel the world. I want to bring lots of laughter, energy and just a good time to ensure that camp is the best experience for the campers. Can’t wait to meet you’s all!

I’m Dosia and I am so SO excited to return to camp for my 10th summer!! (CRAZY) I was born in Charlottesville, VA but moved to Cambridge, MA when I was 8. Cambridge has been my home since then, along with my parents, twin sisters (also on staff!), and my dog Foxy.

I just wrapped up my freshman year at Colby College in Maine and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to college. I love meeting new people and finding things in common with others. I think this is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to camp: every year I leave knowing that I am closer to my old friends and lucky to have several new ones.

This year, I hope to bring my adventurous spirit to camp and walk away with a ton of new connections (and friendship bracelets to show for them). I cannot wait to meet everyone so soon!!!

Hey everyone! My name is Lavinia and I am so beyond PUMPED for this summer at Rockbrook. This will be my 11th summer at camp after being a camper for 9 years and counselor for 2. I was born and raised in Charleston, SC, and now live in Colorado, attending CU Boulder, studying political science and business. In the future, I plan on attending law school.

Rockbrook has truly shaped me into the person I am today. Because of camp, I’ve learned how to be confident in myself, not take things so seriously, and to always make the most out of every day. Around camp, you can almost always find me at the lake- helping with wet exits or rolls at the paddling rock, watercoloring, going down the slide, or on guard. I can’t wait to make this summer the best one yet!!

Some of my very favorite childhood memories were made at Rockbrook Camp. I was lucky enough to spend nine summers there as a camper, and now I love getting to watch my daughter experience that same magic. It’s funny, these days I may forget why I walked into a room, but I can still recall every word to my favorite camp songs.
One of the most special things about Rockbrook is how the love for camp is passed down through generations. And now I’ll finally have more time to wander around and find out if my name is still written on a few cabin walls.

Hey everyone! My name is Bethanie (she/her), and I am so excited to be returning to Rockbrook this summer as the Senior Line Head! I was born and raised in San Jose, CA, and just recently graduated from the University of Portland with a B.A. in Psychology. In the fall, I will be attending Santa Clara University to pursue an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in child and adolescent mental health. In the future, I hope to work as a therapist for children!

Rockbrook is truly a special place, and I am so happy to have the opportunity to spend another summer in the heart of a wooded mountain! Around camp, you can usually find me making tonnnsss of pottery or relaxing on a red rocking chair while attempting to make a friendship bracelet. I am looking forward to making this summer the best one yet! Can’t wait to see everyone and yay camp!!
