How to Apply
So you are thinking about camp. We are so glad! Every Rockbrook summer begins with a family, much like yours, wondering whether this might be the right place for their daughter. Applying is simply how you ask us to save her a spot, and it’s easy.
There is no cost to apply, and submitting an application does not obligate you to anything. It is a request: you tell us which session you’d like, and we let you know whether there is room.
An application can’t guarantee a place in the session you choose, because space depends on the session and on your camper’s grade. That is also why we encourage families to apply early.
Three Simple Steps
Applying to Rockbrook happens in three steps.

Once a place is confirmed and you accept, a $1,000 deposit holds her spot.
What the application asks for
The application is online, through our secure registration system, CampInTouch. Its first step is creating a family account, which is where you will later find your forms and invoices. Then it asks for:
• Your details as parent or guardian, and your camper’s.
• The session you’d like.
• How you’d prefer to pay, if a place is confirmed (mailing a check is one of the options).
• Your agreement to our terms and conditions, which a custodial parent reads and accepts.
What happens next
Usually within a day or two, someone from our office will reach out to you by email or phone. We’ll confirm whether there is a place for your daughter in the session you chose, and we’re always happy to answer any questions along the way.
If the session is full, we’ll offer her an alternate session, or a place on the waiting list.
There is no deposit for the waiting list, and if a space opens, we will contact you.
Enrolling
Once we’ve confirmed a place and you’ve accepted, your daughter is enrolled with a $1,000 deposit, which holds her spot. All payments are fully refundable until February 1. For the payment schedule, payment methods and our enrollment priorities, please read our Enrollment Information.
Our daughter had the most incredible experience at camp this summer! From the moment she arrived, she felt welcomed, included, and truly valued. As parents, there is no better feeling than knowing your child was safe, happy, and thriving. We are so grateful for the memories, friendships, and life lessons she brought home with her. We can’t wait for her to go back next summer!
