Iona Miggin

This is my first time ever visiting America and will be the longest I have ever been apart from my friends and family! I grew up on a small Scottish island called Arran before moving away to a bigger town and then stepping it up a notch and moving to University in Edinburgh. Growing up, I have always loved sports and adventure which I think came from having a pretty outdoor based primary education where I spent a lot of time on the beach. As I got older my love for sports and teaching grew and I am now studying to be a PE teacher. I love watching kids grow and develop a love for nature and spending time with friends or creating new bonds! I can’t wait to enjoy the outdoors and try new things along with the campers and build lifelong memories and friendships.
