Sammy Wasserman

Hey There Hi There!!! And welcome to Rockbrook!!!! I am so beyond excited to meet each and every one of you for another INCREDIBLE summer in the heart of the wooded mountains!!! My name is Sammy, and I am from Needham, MA, a little bit outside of Boston. I will be starting at Davidson College in North Carolina this fall as a public health and history major on a pre-law track. This is my 8th summer at Rockbrook, and I love everything about camp! You can find me hanging out on the porch of the junior lodge with my campers(Shout out junior line), down by the lake in a white water kayak, dressing up in the craziest costumes I can find, hiking to Castle Rock, or doing whatever amazing camp activity is planned for that day.

I am so grateful Rockbrook stumbled into my life almost 10 years ago, and I could not ask for a better place to spend my summers. My best advice is to come ready to embrace all aspects of the experience, get dirty, jump in the chilly lake, sing loudly, and find yourself among the nature and incredible friends at Rockbrook. I am so excited to meet all of you, and if you ever need a pep talk, a long walk, or a running buddy, I am your gal!
