Why I Come Back to Camp
By 2009 Middler Linehead, Lexie Sears
Camp life is crazy. There’s always something going on and fun to be had. So that leaves little time to keep up with anything but your outlook on life. You aren’t judged on how much time you spent hair or the outfit you’re wearing. All you have to do to fit in at camp is be ready to roll with the punches. Your attitude, your sense of humor and fun determines the person you are. There’s just no time for fronts. You get to know campers and counselors on the most fundamental levels of character; and because of that true friendships are found. I’ve come to Rockbrook for 10 summers to renew and create life-long bonds.
