Counselot Tip #2: Just Say NO to Gossip!
Campers watch EVERYTHING you do and want to be just like you! To them, you are just beyond cool and they look to you for guidance on how to act in and out of camp. If you want happy campers (which for you means more sleep and less stress in the end), watch out for talking about other staff members or campers - even if you think no one is around. Gossip leads to resentment and kills relationships and ripples out far further than most would think.
