Yesterday, I was outside setting up tye-dye materials for class and I felt a raindrop on my head. The next thing I know, it starts pouring rain. All the outside activities met up in the dining hall to do rainy-day alternatives. It’s really not so fun getting rained out of your activity! In the dining hall, we had swimming, WHOA, Hodge Podge, and some horseback riding girls. The girls didn’t let the rain get to them at all. We all played games, colored, sang silly camp songs, and enjoyed the company of one another. I thought it was so awesome that none of these girls let the rain get their spirits down, and they had just as much fun in that dining hall as they would’ve if they were outside doing their normal activities.
