Kids Camp Pictures
by rbc
The second in our series of old camp photos is this picture of a dance performance from the 1930s (we think!). It’s taken on the lawn of the Carrier House. Styles have changed a bit, but dance is still popular, and we still have a performance for the whole camp at the end of each session.

I love dance at camp, I take dance at home and I find dancing at camp refreshing. Just being able to dance and not really have to try super hard. Don’t get me wrong I love dance just at camp it’s care free!
make yes
Well, I have never taken dance at camp because personally, I think that you can do that at home, and I like to do things atcamp that you cant do at home, but I like THE DANCE. It is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun. I like knowing when it is, but you really dont know when it is because they could change it, but when we find out for sure the lines for the shower get really long, and all the sinks are being used because everyone is shaving. Everyone takes all the time they have to do makeup and hair, and then you go into the dinning hall, and they blow the fan on high power, on purpose. I LOVE IT !!
I took dance at RBC. it was so cool!one day at snack break two girls got star bursts and the counsler made a bracelet out of them and then we played freeze dance and the winner got the bracelet!
