hi i’m almost thirteen and have been riding for almost six years. I know the basic W/T/C and can jump up to three foot jumps. I’ve been trying to find the right camp were i can be around horses almost all the time. How often do campers ride? How much time does each camper get with their horse? And do you think your program would be right for me?

Hi Nikki. We have riders with all levels of experience, and classes designed so that everyone learns to ride better and have fun at the same time. We have plenty of other activities to do too, so you’d have lots of things to keep you busy. Browse all around our Web site and you’ll get a good sense of RBC. Hi I am almost thriteen and I have been riding for four years and have learned walk,trot,canter, and to do small jumps. I was wondering if this camp could teach more jumping skills. Im alittle skiddish at first but I get use to it quickly. Would this camp be good for me?

Hi Kassandra Jo. We always have different level riders at camp and so place them in different lessons depending on their skills and experience. If you know a lot and can do a lot, then you’ll be with other girls who are likewise more advanced riders. They also usually are the same age.

hi i was wondering if this camp was right for me i have 16 horses at my dad’s farm and none of them are jumper’s i have mostly barrel racer’s and waunt to learn how to jump i am learning how to post the trot my mom’s teaching me but we don’t know if this was the right camp or if i should try for a different camp. i am i quick leaner and don’t waunt to be stuck with kids that’s not as skilled as me or a lot younger then i am and i’m 14 so just woundering your thoughts

Hi Kara, You are assigned a horse for each class that you take. Since you can ride several times each week, you can request different horses or keep one that you like.

Hi Sabrina. Rockbrook provides saddles for each of it’s horses because they are fitted individually. Our horses range from an 11.2 Welsh Pony to many 17+ hand warmbloods. We’re so excited that you have found Rockbrook. We do offer an excellent riding program and teach quality lessons at all of our sessions.

do you have to bring your own saddle? or does the camp provide saddles, as well as horses. i am very interested in this camp, i have been looking for a high quality sleepaway camp. i have looked at others, but most of them dont really teach you anything like the lessons i get back home? and what height do your horses vary from? i am just over 5.6, and have super big legs. i have a 16.3 selle francias at home that i do equitation with.
