Gymnastics at Summer Camp

Combine flexibility, poise, balance and some strength, and you’ve got an idea of the gymnastics program at Rockbrook Camp. We teach different classes for girls with different levels of experience so everyone can learn something and improve their skills. We use traditional gymnastics equipment like the beam, bars, and tumbling floor, but also enjoy fun exercises and musical/rhythmic gymnastics. It’s just one of the many skill-based activities available at camp each session.

Have you seen a downturn in enrollment in Fall 2009 due to the economy?

Last summer we saw only a small impact of the economic downturn. Most of our campers sign up for camp well in advance, so many came even after the bad news started. Surprisingly, optimism has ruled the day and we have an early sign up rate that is stronger than last year.

I REALLY WANT TO DO THIS BUT IWOULD GET REALLY SCARED TO DO THIS. BUT I LOVE CHEER AND GYMNASTICS. AND I ALSO WANT TO WHEN THEY START AND WHERE DO YOU GO TO SIGN UP. AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS!!!! I MIGHT GO AND IM REALLY EXCITED BECUZ ITS MY FIRST YAR TRYIN YUPS!!

Hi how much does it cost to enter the Gals Gymnastics classes cuz i’m quite good and when i left i was in level 6 with the 18 to 21 year olds and i was the youngest there i was only 8 it was an amazing experience

hey i wanted to know how much it is to get in the camp and i wanted to know how many different levels there are because i was going to classes when i was little but had to stop going and i wanted to know if i could start at the being so i can learn everything again

Absolutely! You can be an absolute beginner or someone who already knows a lot. Either way, there’s a class that’s right for you… just the right amount of challenge, and always lots of fun!
I love gymnastics but i am not so good are there different levels?
